BenQ to Showcase Professional Color Critical Monitor Range at PhotoPlus Expo 2017

COSTA MESA, Calif. — Oct. 17, 2017 — BenQ America Corp., an internationally renowned provider of visual display solutions, today announced that the company will be exhibiting at PhotoPlus Expo, taking place in New York Oct. 26-28. At booth 973, BenQ will showcase its professional color critical monitor range: SW271 (27”), SW320 (31.5”), SW2700PT (27”) and PV270 (27”), while giving visitors a chance to enter to win a four-day, all-expenses-paid photo trip to Alaska with professional photographer Jeff Schultz, among other exclusive show offers.

BenQ’s complete range of professional monitors use AQCOLOR technology, which gives users complete color control over images. AQCOLOR uses a combination of hardware calibration, BenQ’s signature Palette Master Elements software and Technicolor® Color Certification, which ensures the monitors meet the strict color accuracy standards used in Hollywood and the entertainment media.

BenQ will be displaying the newly launched SW271 27” 4K UHD monitor. The HDR10-enabled display allows users to see images and videos in a wider dynamic range than a typical monitor. It also has USB-C™ connectivity for transmitting video and data signals using just one cable for convenience.

Other BenQ products being demonstrated at the show include the SW320 and SW2700PT photography monitors and the PV270 video post-production display.

PhotoPlus Expo attendees are also invited to submit their details at booth 973 for a chance to win a four-day, all-expenses-paid photo trip to Alaska with professional photographer Jeff Schultz. During this once-in-a-lifetime trip, the winner will be led through the natural wonders of Alaska, taking in beautiful scenery and local wildlife at a variety of stunning locations. The photo trip will enable the winner to capture some unbelievable memories, while taking one-on-one lessons from an expert photographer. The Alaska sweepstakes prize is worth approximately $7,500 and will include a boat cruise to see and photograph wildlife (sea lions, whales, sea otters and puffins), glaciers and marine landscapes.

BenQ will be running exclusive show offers at the event. The BenQ technical team will also be on hand at PhotoPlus Expo to offer visitors help and advice on finding the best monitor to suit their individual needs.
